Last Updated: April 17, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and thingstry, a division of Try To Do It All Inc ("thingstry," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the thingstry apps, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and that your use of the Service is permitted by applicable law.
- You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract and are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.
- As part of account registration, thingstry may require you to provide your date of birth to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Users whose submitted date of birth indicates they are under 13 may not create an account.
2. Accounts and Access
You may be able to use some features with a guest session, but many features require a registered account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate registration information;
- providing a truthful date of birth and other eligibility information during signup;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and devices;
- all activity that occurs under your account or session;
- promptly notifying us at help@thingstry.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may require invite codes, waitlists, limited-access previews, or feature flags for some or all parts of the Service.
3. What the Service Does

- AI-assisted tagging, moderation, search, and recommendation features;
- advertising-supported surfaces.
Some features may be experimental, invite-only, region-limited, or removed at any time.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), subject to the rights you grant below.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, display, distribute, create derivatives from, and otherwise use User Content as necessary to:
- operate and improve the Service;
- generate thumbnails, previews, embeddings, tags, and other derived metadata;
- support search, feeds, recommendations, and public sharing;
- moderate content and enforce policies;
- protect safety, security, and legal compliance;
- back up and archive Service data.
This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service and retain backups, logs, audit records, and compliance records.
5. Your Responsibilities
- you own or control the rights necessary to submit your User Content;
- your User Content and use of the Service do not violate any law, contract, or third-party right;

- block, flag, review, demote, or remove content;
- suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or sessions;
- preserve evidence and records related to abuse, investigations, and appeals;
- report conduct to law enforcement or regulators where appropriate.
Automated moderation, AI analysis, search, and recommendation systems may be imperfect and may sometimes be inaccurate.
8. Direct Messages
If direct messaging is available, you remain responsible for the messages you send.
The current product is designed to support end-to-end encrypted direct messages between devices, but you acknowledge that:
- metadata such as sender, recipient, thread, device, and timestamps may still be processed by us;
- reported content, abuse complaints, and legal obligations may require additional handling;

- add a community safety signal for that content,
- review or re-review the content,
- apply visibility controls, account restrictions, or other safety actions, and
- remove content that is confirmed to violate our policy at our sole discretion.
You understand that this enforcement may rely on user reports, moderation workflows, and manual review and is subject to our appeal process and community standards.
10. AI Features
The Service may use AI-assisted systems to generate recommendations and search results, moderate content, and provide other services.
You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading;

- ad partners may receive device, session, or contextual information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Advertising partners reflected in the current repository may include Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and other networks we enable from time to time.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, software development kits, infrastructure, payment-free transactional tools, location services, AI providers, storage providers, and notification services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
